Are you looking for plastic pallet mould but don't know which one is right for you? Use the following key points to help determine which tray your organization needs.
What size tray do you need?
The size of your load is important in making this decision. It is important not to let the product load go beyond the edge of the pallet. This makes transport and storage simpler and less prone to accidents.
Are your pallets going to be used in a closed loop system, or will they be sent for single use?
If plastic trays are to be stored in a closed loop system, trays made of durable polyethylene (PE) material are recommended. If you are shipping pallets in a disposable/export situation, Advanced Composite Material (ACM) is recommended as it is inexpensive and designed for this application.
What is the maximum weight your pallet needs to hold?
Each plastic pallet has a weight range rating. In order to specify the correct plastic pallet, it is important to know the weight of the product.
Are your pallets going to be used in an unsupported shelving system?
Plastic pallets are required if they need to go into a racking system without a center support.
Do you stack trays?
If you are double stacking on uneven or sensitive loads, a full perimeter base or a 3-lane pallet is recommended. If not, you can use a cheaper 9-leg nestable plastic tray.
What type of equipment will the tray be used for?
